You should make formal declaration repudiating "alleged" agreement with LeGendre under which Morris is acting. This affair messing up settlement with the Oriental Co and I told Co. you will either justify your repudiation of contract or submit to arbitration for damages to the Co. Settlement also depends on result of arbitration with Bell re: lapsed patent.
