Replying to your favor asking for info concerning the financial standing of the Force and Light Co and of Mr E B Whiting. He believes _x000d_that the co is not worth investing in. Mr Whiting had made "some _x000d_speculative business ventures" and have invested very little in the co. _x000d_The co will have legal problems due to the loss of foreign backers. The _x000d_co is making some puchases of patents for Dymanos and lamps and areseeking to form alliances with Brush arc, Swan Incandecence; Brush _x000d_Storage Systems to supply its junior cos - New England Co and a Railway _x000d_Lighting Co. There is a problem between Faure and Brush concerning _x000d_patent 252002.
