- Borden is Isolated Co. agent for Fall River, MA. Gives whereabouts of Dr. Paget Higgs. Lights at Bleachery are working out well. Will appear before city govt this evening to explain the Edison electric light; mayor told him that overhead wires will not be permitted; not a problem for TAE system, but will be for competitors.
