"Regarding putting our light in the Evening Mail, Mr. Johnson tells me that he thinks our mains and feeders are sure to be overloaded in that section of our district. He thinks we cannot afford to spare any more current in that corner of our district. I mention this in order that you may know the matter had my attention.
