"We must be thinking about getting an executive officer to devote himself exclusively to the Business of the Ill. This subject I have mentioned to you before and you have expressed your approval of it. For such a position, or for any other important position in either the Isolated or the Light Co., Mr. Lowrey recommends Mr. Van Horn, of the Western Union.." Says that Van Horn is discontented at WU and can be gotten.
