Circular letter re some 20 bills being considered in Congress to amend the patent law. Asks representatives of corporations holding patents "to confer as to the propriety of taking united action to prevent damaging legislation touching the Patent laws and for the protection of Patent interests." Eaton is one of the people on this organizing committee.
