Title
[D8224ZBP], Letter from Sherburne Blake Eaton to Thomas Alva Edison, November 2nd, 1882
Editor's Notes
"what do you think of increasing Bradley's pay? I am opposed to it. No matter how valuable he is we have too many other valuable and high priced men to pay him as much as this. Our present pay roll is tremendous and I recently requested Clarke to make out a list of every employee and then to sit down and go over them with me one by one to see where we can eliminate. What are your views and wishes regarding Mr. Bradley?"
