- Dickersons want to take charge of suit agt Swan, otherwise may take on other clients in lighting business. Another lamp company of dubious background opened, the Daft Lamp Co. Thinks patent bill will not pass Congress. Spencer Trask's dynamo at Albany is in bad condition b;c sparking. Few pages of misc. details.. "I notice what you say about employees holding patents. You draw the line between broad patents that cover principles and patents that cover only details. You say that you do not object to employees holding patents of the latter sort." Eaton wants to sue Maxim at same time as sue Swan. Bliss is sending Eaton weekly reports of his canvassing. Bliss is an officer in Stager's company in Chicago.
