- Editor's Notes
- Visited Pearl St. today; "I was impressed with an accumulation of dirt, and with the indolence of the working. Three fourths of the men were doing nothing but loafing..I said to myself would that Dean could see them loafing round in this style!" "The central station is the dirtiest place in North America." Yet: "The plant in the Pearl St. station is certainly a most impressive plant. The work always inspires me with confidence. The bold conception of the station and the careful and apparently thorough elaboration of it, must impress every one deeply." Moore on Boston situation. Mora sent letter fr Cuba.
