Shaw's dealings w/ Cincinnati and Baltimore. Bergmann shutting dn for a week b/c engine failing. Eaton thinks that license fees are too high; Johnson agrees. Phila city council has passed 3 ordinances, one general, one for Maxim, one for Brush. Eaton thinks our Phila. people are mistaken in not applying for right of way.
