- Lowrey wkg on new form of contract for cities; five cities now waiting. Brush was awarded Legion of Honor, but didn't make a big deal of it. Stockley is nervous abt Swan light. Met w/ Shaw abt village plants. Borden says City of Worcester plant is hurting his orders; steamship owners can make us look bad if they don't maintain plant in good condition. Lawrence people ready to pay us our money and get started as soon as they get Lowrey's new form of contract; they already have orders for 2 iso plants.
