Gramme co sent list of a dozen new light ocmpanies recently formed in NY. One is a Faure company in New England, capitalized at $2M. We'll give Chgo co iso business till next July "on a division of the profits on dynamos." Also gives them option to buy out Iso Co till Nov. 1. Must increse capital fr $500K to $800K, giving half to Iso company in stock and half in cash. "Moore, Goddard and I all agree that this is fair." Bliss and Clarke [vp of Chgo co] agree that this is fair. Moore writes fr Bridgeport that while he was canvassing for orders, that within past 3 days also canvassed by 4 other electric light companies and 2 gas.
