- Re dispute btwn Upton and Holzer; wants TAE to decide it. Upton made a contract with a boy to put copper wire on inside parts for makign clamps from. Price started at 35c per 100. Abt two weeks after he got contract, he made an improvement allwoing him to increase output by half; and to earn $2.75 a day for 10 hrs. "He is the fastest worker we have in our place and is thoroughly in earnest to save his money and get along. He is independent and sharp. Holzer has cut the price to eight cents and objects to carrying out my agreement. The sum involved is $15 as the contract does not go to Newark." TAE docket: "we must carry out all our promises if it busts the Co"
