Stopped today to resupport shafting. Building vibrates badly; Bradley working on this. "Holzer has brought the wages paid in the fibre room down to an extremely low figure, so that the girls will earn about half what they did. This will bring their weekly wages down to about $4 to $5 per week." Encloses statement of money loaned to Lamp Co.
