Title
[D8233ZAB], Letter from Armington and Sims to Samuel Insull, April 10th, 1882
Editor's Notes
"your telegrams received. To meet our pay roll and obligations which fall due about May 1st we MUST finish six engines for Mr. Moore by that time...This number includes one for your, also one "B" engine for Central Station. Central Station CAN be finished by May 1st together with some others, and we are disposed to put our entire force at your disposal and aid you in any manner you may desire. In fact your engine is more than half finished. What can we do for you?"
