- "I find the Berthoud Borel people are so tied up in America with Biederman that they cannot possibly shake him off, and the only thing that I can get them to say is that if an offer is made to them, they will see how they can settle with Biederman." Although arc light people have abandoned using the cable, Batchelor thinks that it is good, just requires great care in laying.
