Bailey coming to US soon and can discuss details, so they now go into excruciating detail. Italian plan somewhat different than cabled; discusses royalty arrangements and division of profits. Price of lamps not to exceed those in Paris. Will have 1.5 years to experiment in Italy; increasing capital to accommodate all those who want interest. Co voted to take proceedings against Swan, Lane, Maxim whenever they should themselves in Italy. German business also coming to a head.
