- Got your 1 Sept cable: "Will cable concerning engines six days." Have patterns finished except for base of engine, and am waiting impatiently for this news. Confirm my cable today: "Send quick two large one small pratt whitney screw machnes and complete setts small tools our work also screw slotter." (Don't like the French machines.) Bergmann and Dean know what screws we use so should be easily to complete this order for tools. Will send you $2000 check in few days. TAE marg: "Owing to the fact that we cnanot work 2 engines together without coupling the governor we will have to use the Porter engine."
