Editor's Notes: Re: Bailey's conversations with Armington & Sims in NY and Paris. Germans want B to get models and make contract with A&S for mfg their engines in Germany at 5% royalty. 10% royalty would be prohibitive; margins are too small on this side of the ocean. A&S could get exclusive contracts on 5% basis with mfgs in France & Germany. If acceptable they should send models; if not we can do business only with them only in selected countries.
