[Western Edison Light Co. letterhead] Western Edison Co stock will go to directors, also men like Field, Pullman, etc. Stager has been sick since organization of co. Western Co. wants business in gas and non-gas towns. Offered position by Stager and will stick with him. Insull still hasn't sent cuts.
