[to Insull?] Expected to see TAE in town but probably too hot. Saw MP road in May, when you expected to be able to make estimates in 2 or 3 months for introducing it on our Minneapolis road. Ready now to sell engine or motor? Gives grade of line. TAE marg: "We could have engine made & introduce but cannot spare any men until all the experiments on the Menlo Railway have been completed," about 2.5 to 3 months."
