Re: Seyfert trial. It was a fight all morning. We got our depositions in, to my surprise, but the judge took case from the jury and issued a directed verdict in plaintiff's favor. [extremely difficult to read; seems to be about preparing case for supreme court]. Will talk matter over with you when next in NY.
