- In reply to yours of yesterday. On 15 July 1880 Drexel Morgan cabled $2050 with which I "paid for the instruments mentioned in the invoices which you have received. There are only for the 100 magnetic boxes, and I received at the same time 100 Edison desks of which the boxes were a part." Entire shipment was $2050.
