Yours of inst 10th rec'd; would like another carbon cylinder to test b/c he had trouble making the carbon cylinder of the dimensions mentioned in his letter of the 6th. [TAE replies: "Lamp block is very difficult to mould - can make plumbago & mixture of Lamp block & plumbago will do but can -"]
