Vroom will strike TAE as a defendent in Meeker v Gilliland case and will need an affidavit stating that TAE was not interested in Gilliliand's business on May 25, 1876. The Supreme Court granted a mistrial in the case of Seyfert v. Edison. [TAE reply - Send on affidavit will sign E]
