[selectable] "I would suggest that you should put safety catches on BOTH POLES in the street boxes of all kinds and in the station on the feeders and dynamos. We have had trouble here in New York from not having this done, there having been a combination of circumstances whereby a cross occurred beyond the influence of the safety catches, which heretofore have only been on one pole."
