responding to letter complaining there is no canvasser: "I beg to state that our canvassor will start in your territory some time next week. After he has done Appleton, Milwaukee and Davenport, he can proceed to canvass Neenah and Racine, Wis." "I hardly see that you should be at a standsill..I do not wish to start another canvasser unless your business justifies it."
