has received complaints from Lamp Factory about "your action there". "There does not seem to exist that harmony which is essential to the successful conduct of the business."; Upton is boss, he has complained Holzer has answered letters addressed to him taken from his desk; Bradley also unhappy; "Personal feelings should not interfere in any manner whatever with purely business transactions."
