- Kruesi has not received full order of copper request 6/9; "The delay in delivery is causing us very great trouble indeed, and entirely disarranging our work in getting out central stations started, for which this copper is required."; prevents closing of contracts, making business look bad; wants Bergmann Dept to do initial wiring then have a local man trained to save money; responds to complaint made about "our men", finds it unfounded; "from my experience I must of necessity be better acquainted with those requirements than your Board, which is entirely new to the business"
