"Has everybody joined the Brotherhood. Our entire telephone service is "N.G." If you can strick a "RAT" anywhere, get him to put our lines in order, otehrwise we shall go crazy and have to join the Brotherhood as a kind of protection. That seems to be the universal remedy for everything now."
