Title

[D8316AOD], Letter from Samuel Insull to George W Wilber, August 16th, 1883

Editor's Notes

incomplete document; reply to 15th, "I do not exactly know what Mr. Spencer Borden could have referred to, except that he informed us by a remark made by you to someon, to the effect that you were poorly paid, in reply to which remark of Mr. Borden's I said that I should think Mr. Wilber would make that remark to us here in the office, rather than to anyone else. I have no recollection of TAE being particularly exorcised at your saying this, and even if he were, I do not think you have any need to bother yourself about the matter… your efforts to do good work are by no means forgotten."
