reply to 21st, "We are having a "hell" of a time with the regulation of the 14 1/2 x 13 engines at the central station", Armington and Sims cannot fix, "warn Sims to give the matter his personal attention, or his engines will get a bad 'black eye.' I am wanting to use a great number of engines, but feel rather afraid of them"
