Tae requested to take this matter in hand and while in Paris to open a negotiation with Compangnie Continentale, we have the right to sell lamps to any of the licenses at such prices as we may ourselves desire to quote to them but to pat the Compangnie Continentale a royalty of one cent on a lamp on all lamps so sold. This applies particularly to England. Please send your views in writing.
