Abstract

We have serious complaints from Fall river over non-arrival of orders. We are losing $20-$25 a day. "It seems to me very strange that you cannot get out a few switches ni less time than we can have boilers shipped, steam piping made, engines built and dynamos constructed. Cannot you give man an absolute date" for shipment to five cities. It is now 12 or 13 days since you received the orders. Worried we will have nearly $250,000 worth of work carries 30 days extra. If you are pressed put someone else back.
