WRT your inquiry about a Cromwell Heat Controller in Brockton, they desire to be paid or to take it out if not satisfactory. There was supposed to be a quantitative comparative test but instead the engineer just thinks it saves fuel, which is not good enough to buy it. If they want to do the testing as contracted, our Superintendent will received the figures and decide.
