We have yours of the 21st and about the material for wiring, if Baxter and Brown were to pay for it you should have instructed them to send us an order; we want the written authority to avoid questions of responsibility. We are anxious for you to move on but not before you consider Baxter and Brown thoroughly competent to take full charge. WRT new cable, if parties will take the insurance risk it is all right to supply them with it.
