- Board of Directors of City Trusts (Collis is member of), trustees of will of Stephen Girard, has filed suit agt Maxim to restrain use of overhead wires in front of our property in Philly. Submitted affidavits from Barker, Cresson, Brooks, Philips in support, along with interview of you in NY Herald of April 20. On strength of this got temporary injunction. Asks TAE to come to Philly for a day to give testimony. Enclosed documents are printed copies of affidavits and newspaper interview.
