Title
[D8322ZAG1], Letter from Henry Howard (Governor) to Thomas Alva Edison, April 17th, 1883
Editor's Notes
A&S will increase its capital to $500K and well worth it. "But so far as you are concerned, the case is entirely different. The relationship between us is something more than a pecuniary one. You have, as we all feel, treated us fairly and handsomely." Offers him $100K in A&S stock at favorable price, or is it gratis??? In either case, it's a good deal.
