Editor's Notes
Engine is done and leaves tomorrow for Sunbury; will send b/l to you. "We have just heard from Mr. Armington. No doubt he is hard at work and his progress is very slow as we expected it would be. He mentions Mr. Bailey, who seems to be a serious obstruction to his progress." Told Gov. Howard abt his conversation with TAE abt having Batchelor build Armington & Sims engines in Paris.
