Editor's Notes: The pressure of the the other matter has prevented us from replying to yours of the 28th regarding bill against our Wiring Dept on account of the Shamokin Contract for $362.34. We now say that we cannot acknowledge this bill as it stands. We enclose letter to Shamokin Co for your perusal (D8324ZBI). Charles Hannington, who had charge of Shamokin contract, has given us data on which we base our refusal. We're willing to be fair but will not pay more than half the bill.
