- Editor's Notes
- [enclosure to D8324ZBH] Have received bill from TAE Construction Dept for $362.34 b/c you have deducted that amount from their acct in consquense of the non-fullfullment of the entire contract made by our wiring dept. Won't dispute the charges for tools, also items furnished to Mr. Johnson. But regarding "$289.92 we take exception to not setting the 24 poles according to contract . Our men carried out the work according to specs and they did not so so was no fault of ours. Poles are put in according to the map in several placesbec it impossible to erect them near a stream or water or w/out getting permission form an owner. This caused us to lessen the amount of poles and placing them further apart l in regard to the length of the lines we ran 800 feet of conductors more than thatn order or our plans callled for and would be justified in rendering a bill for said extra work.
