- Supt C.E. Chinnock refuses to pass our bill for the Feeder Switches which we worked on for the Central Station. He says it was an experiment order & thinks the expense should be borne by the Light Co. Have talked with Chas Clarke, who is willing it be so charged. Can you help get requisition from the Co so we can get this bill through? TAE marg: "I think the light co should pay it so may Eaton".
