Clark is going to DC to drum up business from govt offices, like Bureau of Printing and Engraving. "A successful way of introducing the light into 'Public Buildings' would be to put in the experimental plant into the Capitol. I obtained the consent of architect Clark to do this." TAE: "Insull-- Write private note to Clark that if we can work the govt racket we can pony up a private commission to the proper party"
