We send you today by express plans of thte Shanghai Cotton cloth Mill. The main mill and the wings at each end are three stories. Please return these tracings to us as soon as you are through with them. In my report sent to New York will find the running time and the number of lights for the end of the year. I also fowarded to Major Eaton a plan for Law's basement.
