- Letterhead of Big Band Tunnel and Mining Company Buffalo # I enclose a letter from Mr. Harris a drawing oif the tunnel. Mr. Harris wants large powerfuil lights similair to the arc lamps. Tae will undersatnd the plainest kind of fixtures are required for the baording houses. # After the tunnel is completed The wires can be taken out and set up in our boarding houses offices and even lighting up the river where we work. We may have some quartz mines at that time. We could put in a smaller boiler as Mr. Harris suggests to run in the winter. # We have not gotten the assay of the last two sampes of quartz no. 26 and 38. wE presume form the report there is very soft rottten rock in the ledge. Attached is requriment of lamps and engine and how they should be placed in each room or area
