- I am looking at the 11th memo in regard to the dissastified customers. Our policy has changed since last winter and spring, and I didn't express myself clearly. What I intended was that we should be able to satisfy our customers, assuming meters are correct. If this is so, we should be able to persuade customers with high bills that they're using more electric light than gas. TAE thinks we should then cut them off if they don't pay. But I think before cutting off large or important customer they should meet with TAE, Eaton, or myself.
