"Since all our efforts to obtain a more satisfactory definition of our relations as manufacturers with our other interests as purveyors of light and power seem to breed nothing but hostility and suspicion on the part of those gentlemen who represent the latter..we beg leave hereby to withdraw from any and all further controversy or discussion in respect thereto." Calls attention to following: 1. carried all the burden ourselves. 2. impression has grown that in our factories we have the larger proportion of the profits; this is erroneous. 3. wants to keep mfg in hands of parties interested in TAE system. 4.
