"I heard you state that the Porter engines are coming back or are to be sent back from Italy. It will be well for you to know in view of this fact that last evening one A&S and 2 Porter-Allen engines were running on outside circuits, the latter with their governors entirely free and acting independently and with perfect steadiness."
