Title
[D8329O], Letter from Charles Lorenzo Clarke to Thomas Alva Edison, July 6th, 1883
Editor's Notes
Unclear regarding an English speed Indicator. Need to specify size and speed of driving pulley. C.S. Bradley not needed in Testing Room; have 10 men there, 3 of whom are expert. Bradley is too expensive; how about putting him in similar position under Andrews with village plants? Do yu want Leonard soon who is studying the meter business? I want to get rid of some of the young men. After a while they outlive their usefulness in the Testing room and are better elsewhere.
