- Unclear regarding an English speed Indicator. Need to specify size and speed of driving pulley. C.S. Bradley not needed in Testing Room; have 10 men there, 3 of whom are expert. Bradley is too expensive; how about putting him in similar position under Andrews with village plants? Do yu want Leonard soon who is studying the meter business? I want to get rid of some of the young men. After a while they outlive their usefulness in the Testing room and are better elsewhere.
