- We've always charged experiments to expenses each month and run into the lamp account; same with the 1% monthly charge for depreciation. Believe this is mistake "as when in the future we have a profit to divide we need to have as large asset accounts as possible, so as to be able to take account of stock and so run up the cost of the lamps by the depreciation.....I am holding back $5,000 that is due Holzer so as to run it into the account of the next six months.....I also have some other unsettled accounts that I am holding back so as to be able to run them into the cost of lamps when we have a profit to divide."
